The Canadian Pacific Inland Coast is home of many grizzlies bear that depend on the river and forest for their existence.  The Haisla territory is also the best place on earth to observe the unique Spirit bear.  Actually this white bear also known as Kermodei bear found only within Pacific Inland Coast and nowhere else.  Haisla Tourism will give you access to some of the best bear viewing locations in the world!  These rich ecosystems also attract dears, mosses, wolves and also support many species of birds.

In Haisla culture grizzly is respected animal.  Male grizzly bears can reach and stand 2.44 meters and weigh anywhere from 330 to 825 pounds.  During this tour our guide nature interpreter shows you through traditional ecological knowledge how Haisla live and share the resource with this magnificent and powerful creature.  Let our knowledgeable guide escorts you in this true wilderness that sees by very few human visitors.
